At Soda Centre & Home Brewer's Retail, we want to ensure you have the best ingredients and equipment for your craft; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened supplies and non-perishable goods.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure items are unopened, in original packaging, and are not perishable ingredients like yeast or fresh extracts which cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our brewing experts with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products with a copy of your receipt and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned brewing gear, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
